Food I Ate

Monday-
Breakfast- I ate peanut butter toast and drank skim milk.
Lunch- I ate chicken nuggets, corn, applesauce, and milk.
Snack- I ate chocolate cookies and diet coke.
Dinner- I ate spagetti with meat sauce and garlic bread. I drank water.
Snack- I ate grapes and water.

Tuesday-
Breakfast- I ate Cherrios, milk, and a banana.
Lunch- I ate peanut butter and jelly sandwich, baked lays, carrots, and milk.
Snack- Nutty Bar and Diet coke
Dinner- I ate a hamburger and fries. I drank water.

On Monday you needed 2 more vegetables, 1 fruit, and 1 milk. You could have added a salad to dinner to include your vegetables. You could have added pears to dinner to include your fruit. You could have had milk with your snack instead of Diet Coke to make up your milk.

On Tuesday you needed 3 vegetables, 1 fruit, and 1 milk. You could have added peas to dinner,a snack of brocoli with fat free ranch dressing, and tomatoes to your hamburger. Cheese to your hamburger would take care of the last milk.
